DICE Dosing Module

Source: DICE IOM Manual V12E, Pages: 1, 4–7 The DICE (Dosing Integrated Chemical Equipment) is a patented all-in-one chemical dosing solution from Meunier Technologies. It integrates all essential dosing system components—back pressure valve, pressure relief valve, pressure gauge with isolator, ball valves, and bleed valve—into a single chemical-resistant block.

Key Features

  • 7× fewer joints than conventional systems
  • No threaded or glued connections on the pressurized side
  • 50% smaller footprint than traditional skid systems
  • Vertical configuration prevents gas lock conditions
  • Minimal internal volume (5 in³ for 1/2”, 12 in³ for 1”) for faster priming

Models

Designed for suction lift applications where the pump draws chemical from a tank located below the dosing system.
The DM model’s additional ball valve and auxiliary port make it more versatile. Many facilities standardize on DM to simplify training and spare parts inventory.
