DICE Dosing Module

Source: DICE IOM Manual V12E, Pages: 1, 4–7 The DICE (Dosing Integrated Chemical Equipment) is a patented all-in-one chemical dosing solution from Meunier Technologies. It integrates all essential dosing system components—back pressure valve, pressure relief valve, pressure gauge with isolator, ball valves, and bleed valve—into a single chemical-resistant block.

  • 7× fewer joints than conventional systems
  • No threaded or glued connections on the pressurized side
  • 50% smaller footprint than traditional skid systems
  • Vertical configuration prevents gas lock conditions
  • Minimal internal volume (5 in³ for 1/2”, 12 in³ for 1”) for faster priming
